Undergraduate study abroad planning
Before choosing a university, understand the life you want to build.
An undergraduate application shapes several years of learning and life. We start with the student’s interests, academic foundation and family circumstances, then connect university choices with the preparation they require.

Who this is for
For secondary-school students preparing for university, including families still exploring destinations or subjects. Your current learning experience matters more than where your family lives.
When to begin
Early planning can focus on subjects and possible directions. During an application cycle, we work backwards from the intended intake, checking current requirements and available time before agreeing what we can support.
THE ADVISORY WORK
What we work through together.
Choose how you want to learn
Compare course content, teaching approaches, entry requirements, learning environments and costs. Separate preferences, verified conditions and open questions to build a reasoned shortlist.
Put preparation in order
Review current subjects, language preparation, portfolios and activities against programme requirements. Identify prerequisites and missing materials, with clear responsibilities for student, family and advisor.
Communicate your own experience
Questions, structural feedback and interview practice help students explain their choices and experience. Students write and confirm their own applications. We do not ghostwrite, invent achievements or supply exam answers.
YOUR WORKING DOCUMENTS
A plan you can work with.
These are possible deliverables. The exact items, quantities, duration and fees are agreed in writing after reviewing your background.
- University and subject comparison with a rationale
- Academic, language and application preparation checklist
- Application timeline and responsibilities
- Agreed rounds of material feedback and interview practice
- Offer comparison and questions to resolve before enrolment
Questions worth asking.
Can we compare more than one country?
Yes. We compare learning goals, curriculum fit, costs and family arrangements before agreeing destinations and application numbers. There is no fixed country package for every family.
Does meeting the entry requirements guarantee admission?
No. Eligibility and admission are different. We check requirements and preparation; each institution makes its own admissions decisions.
How will parents follow progress?
We agree the responsible advisor, communication arrangements and stage deliverables before work begins. Updates focus on tasks, decisions and actual preparation, at a frequency set out in the written scope.
A FIRST CONVERSATION
Begin with the question you have today.
Tell us your current school year, curriculum, intended intake and the question that matters most. You do not need a finished shortlist. Please do not upload transcripts or identity documents in an initial inquiry.
